Age Criteria : Minimum: 21 Maximum: Age of borrower plus repayment period should not exceed -70- years.

Concession in ROI @ 0.50% having collateral coverage of more than 100%.

Maximum loan tenure ie up 60 months. (No moratorium)

Maximum loan limit ie Rs 20.00 Lakh

Personal guarantee is not mandatory except for applicant above 60 years of
