Applicant must have satisfactory banking relationship with the branch for a minimum period of six months availing fund based secured credit facility from our Bank.

Age Criteria : Minimum: 21 Maximum: Age of borrower plus repayment period should not exceed -70- years.
Concession in ROI @ 0.50% having collateral coverage of more than 100%.
Maximum loan tenure ie up 60 months. (No moratorium).
Maximum loan limit ie Rs 20 Lakh.
Personal guarantee is not mandatory except for applicant above 60 years of age.
Processing & Documentation Charges: Minimum Rs. 2500/- + GST (0.50% of loan amount+GST).
